Although the ambassador of the Christmas Day, everyone's dear Santa Claus, carries a large beard, that may be due to the reason that fictionally Santa lives in a cold country and whenever cold winters come in our world, he visits us (something like that, right!). Therefore, in order to protect himself from brutal cold, he wears that red woollen jacket and cap and also keeps that long trademark beard which provides him warmth, I guess! ;)
Hence, people! Do not get intimidated by that free flowing beard of your lovely present-bringing Santa :P
Personally, I hate that unclean stubble. For those who want to cheer up little children by posing in the Santa costume could, and they mostly do, use fake beard available on rent :D Or they can make one themselves from cotton, etc.
But the main point of this post is that never ever grow your unhygienic beard so large simply put because nobody likes it. So my suggestion is get yourself a new Gillette Fusion this Christmas and enjoy your shaving as much as you enjoy this festival.
